Abstract
Sarah will explore perceptions, the facts about women in technology and the importance of diverse contribution to innovations that shape the future.
Biography
Sarah leads IBM affairs with the UK government representing IBM as a significant global technology investor. Having worked for IBM for 15 years, Sarah has extensive business leadership experience across a variety of business sectors. She has a commercial background leading multi-functioning teams to deliver client value and satisfaction alongside business profit.
Sarah undertook a secondment as CEO of Opportunity Now, a charity that promotes the business benefits of workplace gender diversity. She is passionate about the value of balanced teams working with technology and driving innovation.
Sarah leads IBM School Outreach Programme for girls. She sits on the CBI London Council.
She is married and has two young boys.
