FUTURE LEADERS AWARD – NOW OPEN FOR NOMINATIONS

Why nominate someone for an award?

Show her you recognise the contribution she makes in her organisation/sector.

  • Celebrate her achievements.
  • Support her to advance her career through enhanced media coverage.
  • Raise awareness of her contribution in the workplace to a wider audience.
  • Enable her to access personal development opportunities through our Prize Package.
  • Give her access to networking and collaboration opportunities across the professions.
  • Promote her employer’s brand.
  • Who can make a nomination?

Anyone!  Male or female – and if you meet the criteria, you can even nominate yourself

    Who is eligible?

Sponsored by Barclays Wealth, this new award recognises high-potential females in the early stages of their management career and nominations are sought for women whose management remit falls within either a professional role (eg qualified lawyer/accountant) or a support role such as marketing, HR, and IT.

Nominated women must be based in London’s business hubs – the City, Canary Wharf and the West End and work in the following professional sectors: Accountancy, Facilities Management, Financial Services, Insurance, Legal Services, Property (including Architecture)

If you know a woman (or indeed if you are that woman, you can nominate yourself) who is making a contribution beyond her functional, technical or specialist area and is committed to personal and professional development; has leadership potential, strategic networking capability and self-awareness, then make your nomination now.

As with all Women in the City Awards, we have developed a fabulous Prize Package which includes a place on Cranfield University’s highly acclaimed Accelerated Talent Development Programme.

Application forms will be issued during April for completion by 7 May and all Candidates who complete their Application form will be invited, together with the person who nominated them,  to attend a Celebration Evening hosted by Barclays Wealth on Thursday 13 May (6.30 – 8.30pm).
